In sixth grade, for a science project I made a pinhole camera out of an oatmeal cylinder. I took a picture of a Les Paul guitar and developed it in a dark room that my Dad had set up in the bathroom. I rocked that science project and from that point on, I was hooked on photography.
I am a pretty good photographer, but my true specialty is finding photographers with a certain style or specialty and marry them with a campaign. This has given me the opportunity to work with photographers ranging from Pulitzer Prize winners to drone specialists. Each of them have in common that same intrigue and desire to capture the beauty of a subject that I felt with my sixth grade science project. They have just made it their life’s work.
